Job Description:
> Strictly follow Retail Qualification process and criteria to recruite Right location, Right shop, Right owner as Conti store
> Ensure high efficiency of store recruiting process, in terms of evaluation, design, remodeling and internal approval
> Collect shop owner's and sales team feedback during development and make improvement
> Perform Budget Control in responsible area
> Responsible for contract management
> Responsible for project initiation to support retail development target achievement by frequent interview and visit with on-site team
> Cooperate with Retail Concetp to improve the investment package to be more competitive in the market
> Define store extansion policy to keep and develop loyal retailers
> Control vendor's working quality, delivery efficiency and after-service
> Vendor evaluation and bidding cooperate with Purchase
Job Requirement:
> Bachelor degree or above
> Good communication skills in English
> Experience of CBS
> Basic knowledge of automotive aftermarket industry and retail
> Advanced communication skills
> Advanced vendor management
> Advanced project management
