Position: Engineer, Quality

Organization: R&D, Electric Electronics & Chassis

Location : Shanghai

Responsibility

-Act as local QAL (quality action leader) for CMQ (current model quality), to manage the market and R&D initiated concern , drive and improve quality improvement concern and Handle for customer complain

-Act as SWQA (software quality assurance) to assure conformance to SWSOW by all software suppliers. Assist SA, SPL, Component Designer Software, and purchasing during SWSOW discussions, negotiations, reviews, etc. together with software suppliers. (SWQA to identify the components with SW, that will be locally sourced and need supplier evaluation support by SWQA)

-Conduct customer survey data analysis for FMQ (future model quality)

Qualification

-Bachelor degree or above
-Major in Automotive Engineering or Computer science or similar
-Strong and practical experience of troubleshooting, root cause analysis on electro-mechanical devices

-Open-minded in solving problems and considering problems from multi-angles

-Be familiar with quality tools (SPC, MSA, 6 Sigma is preferred )

-Be familiar with audit process ( SPICE assessment is preferred )

-Skilled in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc

-Learning agility
-Good communication skills
-Team spirit
-Good theoretical knowledge of the attributes
