工艺自动化工程师 Process Automation Engineer

General Objectives

-Work in accordance with general GMP and local site procedures

-Working safely following all HSE standard

-Seek out, define and implement control system, production process and business improvements.

-Assure aligned with the Automation Strategy and that all established standards are followed.

-Stay tightly aligned and actively involved with internal customers. Understand their issues, priorities and objectives. Respond to and implement customer requests. Troubleshoot problems.

Project Phase

-Perform testing and assist with process equipment C&Q, in particular in the area of Functional Testing and Engineering Shake down and post OQ actives.

-Develop and maintain validation documentation related to Automation if required, in particular in the area of CSV.

-Assure aligned with the Automation Strategy and that all established standards are followed.

-Help in definition of user requirement.

-Design system architectures and develop code, if need.

-Deliver activities on time.

-Utilize good project management skills to provide software development timelines and milestones.

-Develop and implement methods or procedures that build a consistent validation infrastructure. Seek ways to improve practices that will have impact across multiple projects.

-Other tasks assigned by supervisor to support project Activity

Normal Operation

-Perform routine maintenance and other activities that control systems up-to-date and reliable.

-Automation Preventive maintenance of the production process equipment part of the Insulin Cartridge Filling Project.

-Develop code, if needed.

-Preparation of the Periodic Quality Assessment (PQA).

-Maintain validation documentation/ methods/ procedures related to Automation, in particular in the area of CSV.

-Manage contract resources while maintaining ownership for the end product. Copy, reuse and replicate standards and control code developed by others.

-Participate to the effort of continuous improvement, seeking ways to improve practices that will have impact across multiple equipment or projects

-Active Participation in safety-related activities and implementation of specific tasks regarding HSE and 5S activities.

-Stay current with validation expectations

-Provide input for continuous improvement effort (improve equipment reliability, etc.)

-Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Basic Requirements:

-Bachelor Degree in automation engineering / electricity

-Adequate interpersonal and communication skills to be able to work effectively in a team-based environment.

-Role model “safety first” by being compliant and proactive with HSE matters and considering safety in all actions and decisions

-Feel responsible of contractor’s safety, be on field to check compliance to HSE rules and behaviors of people; reward and coach people in the team to continuously improve team culture

-Good knowledge of PLC and HMI logic control

-Occasional travel may be required for training, conferences, capital projects, etc.

项目管理

Leads validation activity for IT Automation project complying with GMP and Corporate Computer System Policy and Procedure

-撰写验证文件,确保高质量的计算机系统

Develops validation documents ensuring the high quality of the computer systems

基本要求：

Basic Requirements:

-计算机、信息工程、自动化本科或以上学历优先

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Engineering, and Automation is preferable.

-有PLC，SCADA，或HMI Rockwell FactoryTalk View SE, OSI Pi知识优先

Knowledge with PLC/SCADA/HMI or Rockwell FactoryTalk View SE, OSI Pi is preferable.

-良好中英文沟通技能

Good communication skill both verbal and written. Strong English communication is also required.
