Job Responsibilities
Design and development of driving system concepts, such as new motor or new motor controller platform, for power tools
Ownership of a project going through the product development process
Involve in product innovation projects as part of any agile team
Support engineering director/vice present with R&D strategy related topics
Job Requirements
Master in Electrical/Electronics/Automation or other related majors
Motor drive system (motor or controller) developing experience, such as universal motor ( AC or DC), BLDC motor or PMSM motor etc., is preferred
Strong self-organization and planning ability, good communication skill, fast learner, open minded and be willing to take challenges are required;
At least 2 years relevant working experience
Be able to communicate in English fluently
