Job Responsibilities
Planning: Moderate and support the business managers, HRL to delivery quality planning, e.g. Strategic Workforce Planning, Succession and mid/long term talent development plan and Annual budgeting on HC and personnel costs
Resourcing: Source and maintain relationships to key talents, e.g. managerial positions, critical technical experts, JMPs; Train and consult hiring managers to be effective on talent identification and selection
Leadership:
Participating Management meetings and actively providing HR solutions to the business partners
Define and deploy HR programs to support the growth of the organization and leadership structure
Accessing performance and potential of key position holder in the responsive area, proposals on development measures timely
Playing as HR Consultant to line managers on leadership topic
Rewarding:
Monitoring market trends on compensation and benefits, providing feedbacks to CPE and local C&B expert
Leading and managing Annual salary review activity and ensure internally/externally balanced compensation decisions in the responsible area
Coordinating recognition and reward activities
Development: Providing guidance and advices on effective career development measures
Job Requirements
Master degree or above with international education or professional background
2-3 years of professional HR working experiences in multi-national company
Willing and ability to motivate/lead a team
Overview on labor market and legal environment in China
Business sense and overview, strong entrepreneur orientated mind-set
Able to work independently and cope with stress and frequent changes
Able to create/ initiate/drive for productive changes
Good at conceptual work and logical thinking
Good interpersonal and communication skill to interact with different level of leaders and associates
Good team player with proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
Fluent in English and experience of working in multi-culture environment
