Job Title: Management Trainee – Project Management
Business Group: Hella Global Electronics

Job Description
1. Implement projects in the product development involving all required multi-local resources to meet the customer requirements
2. Harmonize and define the technical requirements with the customer in the form of defined project descriptions.
3. Be responsible for the agreed targets in terms of project quality, costs and timing, with the client using existing methods by arrangement with the relevant or superior departments.
4. Plan internal and external capacities, involve in appointing the team members taking account of the individual potentials and competences and assign the work packages.
5. Assure the systematic relationship with internal and external clients and special departments to be involved.
6. Make the project controlling in the form of reviews (final and intermediate reports) with the clients on the basis of agreed quality, costs and deadline targets.
7. Make make-or-buy decisions in the context of the project (operating equipment, investments etc.) in cooperation with the project team or project purchasing by arrangement with the superior.
Job Requirement
1. Graduate in Engineering related majors
2. Good at written and verbal English
3. Knowledge in the area of automotive industry
4. Master Degree or above
