Job Description

1. Play a key role in FIRST project to lead finance and controlling continuing improvement program and documentation within Hella China.

2. China regional reporting consolidation & analyst.

3. Help HKG corporate accounting team to ensure new corporate accounting policies are properly implemented in China region.

4. Work closely with financial controller together to steer the projects and progress

5. Coordinate with different stakeholders in regard to different projects simultaneously

6. In charge of document edit and filing else to organize training for China entities

7. China regional reporting consolidation & analysis

8. In charge of regional overall reporting consolidation for China entities, including but not limited to: weekly flash, monthly financial review, quarterly year end forecast I/II/II, budget and planning

9. Prepare China regional financial analysis when necessary

10. As regional corporate accounting coordinator, to collaborate with HKG corporate accounting, local controlling and FSSC regarding corporate accounting topics

11. Support group new corporate accounting policy distribution in China network

12. Organize meeting or training in China region when needed

Job Requirement

1. Graduate in Finance related majors

2. Good at written and verbal English

3. Master Degree or above
