This Program aims to recruit young talents with leadership potential
This Program is designed to have these young talents equipped with solid professionalism & hands-on working experience by different rotation and assignment, and make them well understand DCS China company culture, operations procedures and business development strategy
This Program is dedicated to supply young leaders for future DCS business growth

Education:
Degree: Bachelor or above, or young talents with less than 2 years’ working experience
Major: Accounting and Finance related
Qualification:
Excellent expression and communication skill
Advanced verbal and written English skill
Aadapter and quick learner, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Persuades: Ability to gain support and commitment of others
