Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develops active safety features and system requirements and integrate into a targeted vehicle application, include designing, simulating, and implementing control algorithms for ADAS systems as well as developing software requirements and use cases.
- Developing and testing algorithms using Matlab/Simulink
- Plus in real-time systems in the vehicles themselves.
- Design and perform vehicle tests to verify control system performance and robustness,
- Design/perform system calibration methods,
- Follow defined software development/documentation steps
- Continuously review and integrate customer requirements into function architecture
- Analyze algorithm performance issues and recommend improvements to the algorithm
- Communicates, coordinates, and consults with engineering departments and customers
Knowledge, Qualifications and Skills:
- Knowledge in automotive control system computational modeling and simulation methodology
- Knowledge of chassis systems and their associated vehicle attributes for EMS/Transmission/ABS/ESP/EPS
- Knowledge of relevant tools( e.g.: Matlab, Simulink, dSpace MicroAutobox, C/C++, Vector CAN tools etc)
- Understanding of major automotive subsystems.
- Fluent English in verbal and written
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree up from 211 university in Systems Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering
