General Statement
As the specialist of assigned applications, ADST (Application Development Support Team) Analysts provide day-to-day supports to end users (both FAFC employees and dealer users) in terms of business process issues relating to the systems.
Key Duties
? Following standard support process, provide day-to-day support to system-related issue, problem analysis, provide solutions or represent users to report the problems to application IT teams and work with IT teams to deliver solutions
? Work with business to identify opportunities of efficient and effective changes in business system to meet business requirements.
? Collect change requests from business on regular basis, align the requests within the company, and then raise change requests to responsible IT teams following standard process
? Represent location to attend IT Liaison meeting, keep track of the outstanding change requests raised from location and ensure they are tended
? Work with business and IT teams to finalize business specifications, to ensure IT teams fully understand the business requirement while business fully confirm the proposed change scope
? Conduct or take the lead role in business validation activities, provide training, roll out
? Ensure that all control change management steps are completed prior to implementation of any changes
? Work with CoE team and L&D team to ensure procedures and job-aids are updated to reflect correctly the system functionality
? Provide support to regular systems or server maintenance tasks in terms of business verification task after maintenance
? Develop knowledge transfer documents and ensure that they are maintained & current
? Work with other departments to help deliver new products or new processes
Requirements
University graduate with Management Information System, Business Administration or Finance preferred
Professional, confident and non-confrontational negotiation skill with dealers and customers
Strong communication skills, good team player and and ability to work under stress
Logical thinking and analytic ability / skills
Good organizational and administration skills
Good written and verbal English language skills
Good customer service mindset
Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
Good interpersonal skills, able to work with people with different backgrounds
