岗位职责Job Responsibilities:
- 模拟电路模块的版图实现；
Layout of analog building blocks;
- 实现版图的设计规则验证和电学连接检查。
Perform design rule checks and LVS check.
岗位要求Job Requirements:
- 本科或以上学历，微电子或电子工程及相关专业；
Bachelor degree in Microelectronics or Electronics Engineering major;
- 拥有半导体物理以及制造工艺等专业知识；
Knowledge on semiconductor physics and manufacturing technologies;
- 有模拟电路版图工作经历；
Experience of analog circuit layout;
- 熟悉版图辅助工具；
Experience with layout DEA tools (e.g. virtuoso, assure, calibra, lake);
- 积极主动，优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
Self motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit;
- 英语听说读写流利；会德语者优先；
English written and verbal; German as bonus;
- 积极融入并在国际化的团队中发挥作用。
Willingness to work and interact in international teams.
