岗位职责Job Responsibilities:
- 撰写数字模块的RTL代码并提供设计文档；
Write digital module RTL code and provide design documents;
- 实现数字模块以及数字顶层电路的功能验证；
Perform functional verification of module or digital top level;
- 完成数字电路的前仿和后仿的时序检查。
Perform synthesis and pre- and post-layout time closure.
岗位要求Job Requirements:
- 硕士或以上学历，微电子或电子工程及相关专业；
Master degree or above in Microelectronics or Electronics Engineering major;
- 熟悉VHDL或者Verilog等硬件描述语言，以及脚本语言；
Good knowledge of writing VHDL/Verilog RTL code and script language (e.g. Perl/Tcl);
- 熟悉数字电路设计辅助工具；
Experience with digital DEA tools (e.g. modelsim, ncsim, primetime);
- 拥有半导体物理以及制造工艺等专业知识；
Knowledge on semiconductor physics and manufacturing technologies;
- 积极主动，优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit;
- 英语听说读写流利；会德语者优先；
English written and verbal; German as bonus;
- 积极融入并在国际化的团队中发挥作用。
Willingness to work and interact in international teams.
