Roles & Responsibilities

Daily responsibilities differ across positions, but the responsibilities of a typical Finance Graduate Trainee may include:

• Profit modelling and income statement analysis for future model vehicles Cost tracking and reporting, analysis of cost reduction opportunities and investment returns
• Analyzing volume or revenue trends, analyzing competitive price positions
• Consolidation and distribution of market and functional forecast and budget submissions
• Credit analysis and risk management
• Accounting such as intercompany transaction, month end accounting closing, corporate accounting reporting, account reconciliation and governance of accounting tools
• Cash Flow analysis, liquidity planning and control
• Regular data input and tracking；maintaining robust database information
• Special studies as required

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor or Master Degree with excellent academic performance Major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Tax or Business Management
• Strong analytical thinking, a detail oriented approach to problem solving, strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to influence your own management and business partners to make the right decisions
• Take aproactive approach to your scope of work to deliver optimal results
• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
