ABB机器人产品供应单元质量与技术中心的主要职责包括机器人出厂前的质量检验、产线质量控制、流程优化与精益改进，以及为客户在机器人运行中质量与技术方面的问题提供支持。

ABB Robotics Supply Unit Quality and Technical Center is responsible for the quality inspection before the robots leave the factory, the quality control of the production line, process optimization and lean production as well as providing support to customers in terms of quality and technical problems.

工程培训生-工艺工程师

Engineer Trainee- Process Engineer

职责 Responsibilities:

1. 编写及改进新产品和批量生产产品作业指导书。

Create and improve working instructions of new product and current mass production process.

2. 支持产线问题的解决，保证日常生产。

Support production line solve common issue in daily production

3. 优化产线布局，并使用AutoCAD绘制、更新布局图及现场物料布局.

Optimize workshop layout and creation of layout drawings, layout of material by AUTOCAD,

4. 带领针对生产效率、质量及安全的持续改善项目。

Lead continuous improvement projects regarding productivity, quality, safety improvement.

5. 对产线进行精益转变。Implement Lean transformation.
6. 完成ECO导入流程。Implement ECO to production process
7. 根据ECO, DTO或NPI，组织相应的作业指导培训。

Arrange training according to our working instructions base on ECO, DTO or NPI.

8. 支持供应链部门对于样件的产线验证
9. Support SCM department for sample material approve process
10. 通过SAP和ECS完成产品生产工艺路径的分配

Make or adjust routing for production by SAP & ECS

11. 进行生产工艺自动化改进

Lead process improvement through automation solution

Requirements任职要求:

硕士学历 电气或自动化专业背景

Master Degree Major in, electrical or automation

普通话、英语读写流利

Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English

可以使用微软办公软件，AutoCAD, 会使用C#编程更好

Microsoft Office, Auto cad, C#

具有较好的自我鞭策及较高的自我要求，沟通能力强
