产品供应单元业务开发部门  Supply Unit Operation Development Department

ABB机器人产品供应单元的业务开发部门的主要职责包括运行实现新的生产线，支持日常的大规模生产，设备维护以及对生产流程进行持续改善等。

ABB Robotics Supply Unit Operation Development department is responsible for the implementation of new production lines, daily support of mass production, equipment maintenance and continuous improvement of production process, etc.

 

为了应对不断增长的市场需求，ABB机器人自2005年起计划实现全自动生产，即“由机器制造机器”。为此，业务开发部门除了需要将传统的手动生产流程转变为自动化生产流程，还需要使用精益工具改变生产线，同时改变固有的手动生产文化。这对于业务开发部门的员工而言，是一个巨大的课题，同时也是难得的机遇。ABB机器人产品供应单元业务开发部门的愿景是建立世界一流的机器人生产工厂。

To meet the increasing demand of the market, ABB Robotics initiated the plan of automatic production in 2005, which is to “build robots with robots”. The key tasks for the Operation Development department are to change the traditional manual production process to automatic production process, to transform production line with lean tools as well as the culture of manual production. For its employees, this initiative is a big challenge and also a rare opportunity. The vision of Operation Development department is to build a world-class robot manufacturing factory.

工程培训生-设计及产品支持工程师

Engineer Trainee-Design and Product Support Engineer

 

职责:

针对前端的机器人技术问题，通过RobDesk平台提供解决方案

Provide solutions to Front-End in worldwide for technical questions of Robotics via Robdesk platform

整理从分析中心得到的技术信息并提供给前端RCA报告

Consolidate technical information from analysis center and offer RCA report to Front-End

支持机器人质量问题的解决方案并提供相关报告

Support on resolution of quality issue of robotics and make related report

支持前端在客户现场进行紧急故障分析

Support Front-End emergency investigation at end customer site

 

任职要求:

硕士学历，机电专业

Master degree of mechanics and electronic engineering

良好的英文说写能力

Good command of written & spoken English

有工业机器人系统和应用经历（优先）Experience with robot application and system (preferred)

客户导向Customer oriented

团队合作精神 Team work spirit

良好的沟通和协调能力 Strong ability on communication and coordination
