Position Title: [DATA & DEVICES] Plating Engineer
Location – City and Country: Qingdao, China

Primary Responsibilities:
Set up and update WI for plating process.
Responsible for Trouble shooting.
Provide the training for the technicians and operators.
Improve existing process to increase quality and yield.
Create and maintain the BOM for new product.
Evaluate and develop new processes and chemistries to reduce cost and improve quality.
Conduct the preparation of sample for new project.
Participate in FMEA.
Control precious metal consumption.

Competencies & Experience Required/Desired:
Technical proficiency in Microsoft office.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Positive attitude, initiative, creativity.
Analytical and problem solving abilities.
Good command of spoken and written English.

Educational Required/Desired:
Bachelor degree in Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
