Responsibilities:
Interface with employees on Hukou transfer related documents gathering & submit to government
Handling government system on employees worker registration & residence permit
Facilitate insurance related matter includes, documents and certification submission to social insurance bureau, compensation claim to insurance vendor
Monitoring contract renewal process & interface with employees on employment contract signature
Time & Leave local support, review leave supporting certificate e.g. marriage certificate, medical certificate and etc.
Kiosk, Certificate
Handicapped employee management (registration and etc.)
ESPP registration and withdrawal form collection
Other local administration works
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master Degree, Human resource management and Chinese department major are be priority.
Excellent English (written and verbal) skills, CET6 or above.
Including excellent Chinese writing skills.
good image and temperament, has good communication and presentation skills.
Consider the class of 2018 outstanding graduates.
工作职责:
处理员工户口调入的相关文件并向政府提交;
办理员工登记和居住证手续;
处理保险相关事项,包括向社保局提交相关证明文件;
跟进劳动合同更新流程,与员工签订劳动合同;
工时及休假管理,残疾员工管理;
自助服务终端系统维护;
ESPP的注册及相关手续办理;
领导交代的其他工作。
任职资格:
本科或硕士毕业,人力资源管理和中文系专业优先考虑;
要求英语熟练,CET6或以上;
需具备较强的中文表达能力;
形象气质佳,沟通表达能力强;
可考虑2018届优秀毕业生(须实习)。
