Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责：
1.Production Support:
Support solution finding process for quality problems in production.
协助解决生产中出现的质量问题，寻找工艺措施
Support and request daily production meeting.
协助召开日常生产例会。
Solve equipment daily breakdown and assist monthly analysis of machine breakdowns, unstable equipment and unusual wear of fixtures & toolings and prepare report (Maintenance analysis report - monthly).
解决日常的设备停机问题, 协助分析设备停机, 不稳定和工装夹具的不正常磨损进行分析，并准备报告
Manufacturing Process analysis and optimization process and equipment
分析加工制造的过程，优化过程和设备。
Prepare, make drawings, implement and document production improvement proposals for equipment.
对设备制定图纸，实施生产改进方案，并对改进建议存档。
Support to update & create production documents (PFMEA, FC, machining drawings, WI, MSD and Training documents) for assembly / welding equipment.
支持编制并更新生产文件（PFMEA, 流程图, 图纸，控制计划，作业指导书， 设备点检卡，问题清单等）
Prepare and train operators for new production processes and equipment.
为新生产流程和设备作准备并对操作者进行培训。
Support revision of PFC procedures for his/her area of responsibility.
制定其工作职责领域内的PFC流程并审核。
Responsible for MSA of on line guage (prepare MSA checklist, check and review MSA documents regularly).
负责在线测量系统的MSA(准备MSA检查清单、定期检查并审核MSA文件)

Required Competency and Qualification 任职能力及资格:
1.机械或工艺工程或相关专业的学士学位
Bachelor in mechanical or process engineering or similar
2.熟练运用相关办公软件
Be good at related office software (word, excel, powerpoint,project, Auto CAD)
3.对汽车或机加工业设备维修感兴趣者
have interest in automotive or machining manufacture industry
