Job Targets and Decision Making 岗位目标及工作权限:
1.对生产过程质量进行监控
Responsible for process quality monitoring and controling.
2.对过程不合格问题的处理提供依据
Provide basis for disposal of nonconforming products.
3.当出现质量问题(或者对于客户的风险增大)时有权停止生产
Authorized to stop production in case of quality problem (or risks for customer arisen.)
4.辅助CTA做内部审核,分层审核,质量问题分析
Assistant CTA to do internal audit and layer audit and quality issues analysis.


Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
1,生产线质量控制/Quality control in production line.
1.1 监控生产线的废品率和返工率,制定改进项目并组织实施
Monitor scrap and rework rate in production line, define improvement items and organize the implementation.
1.2 Follow the disposal of nonconforming parts . Jion in the SQDC meeting , Summary the main quality problem issues
1.3 组织,跟踪返工半成品与成品的操作
Organize and follow up the semi and whole steering rework process.
2,生产线质量问题解决/Solve quality problem in production line.
2.1 在批量生产出现问题时组织制定临时措施
Organize to define temperory action for the problems in serial production.
2.2 在批量生产出现问题时组织进行根本原因分析
Organize to analyze root cause for the problems in serial production.
2.3 协调相关负责人解决质量问题,消除根本原因
Coordinate the related responsible person to solve quality problem and eliminate the root cause.
2.4 对相关负责人采取的纠正和预防措施进行确认
Confirm the corrective and countermeasure action plans from related responsible person.
3,支持CTA团队进行0公里和售后件的问题分析/Support CTA team for 0Km and Warranty analysis
4,团队管理 team managment
5,EHS 职责EHS responsibilities
5.1 遵守公司EHS相关规定及标准 (14001 & 18001 etc)
Comply with EHS related regulations & standards
5.2 及时向主管经理或EHS 管理者代表报告发现的任何EHS事故、未遂事故、不安全的条件以及不安全的行为等
Report EHS-related issues to manager / EMR in a timely manner: incidents, “near misses,” unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, etc
5.3 按要求对不符合规定的条件及活动进行整改及履行EHS 承诺
Correct the non-compliant conditions or activities as required & fulfil the EHS commitment
5.4 积极参与EHS 的持续改善
Actively involve into EHS continual improvement
6,其它Others
Finish the temporary task according to the direct supervisor's requirement.

Required Competency and Qualification 任职能力及资格:
1.本科或以上程度 University degree or above
2.良好的英语运用能力Good command in English
3.熟练运用相关办公软件Be good at related office software (MS word, excel, powerpoint)
