Job Description:

l Liaise with operation team in annual business planning process

l Perform Variance analysis (VLE, VBUDGET, VLA, etc.) and Walk analysis (Sales Walk, Margin Walk, etc.)

l Implement adequate control in terms of A&P, OVH expense and internal process

l Understand and validate business proposal provided by business team

l Work with operation team to support business from Finance

l Support new business project from Finance

Requirements：

l Only for fresh graduate , bachelor degree is the minimum

l Major in Finance/Accounting/business management

l Excellent language skills in both Mandarin and English (speaking and written); CET 6 is the minimum

l Quick learner with excellent communication skills

l Team player with proactive attitude

l Strong motivation to work under pressure and flexible work schedule

l Excellent computer skills especially on Excel and PPT
