Job Title:Management Trainee – E-Commerce
Direct Report: Head of E-Commerce
Based in: Shanghai
MT Program Background:
l The 1-year program is specially designed for all 2018 university graduates
l Focus on the different roles in his/her own Functional Business
l One on One Mentor, coaching and evaluating to help you grow
l Various Training program both on professional skills and functional skills
l Provide opportunity to participate in critical projects and work as a project team
l Career development opportunities will be provided based on the performance and potential
Job Description:
l Assist account managers with external coordination (from Orders to Sales)
l Communicate with other departments specially MKT for event like “new product launch, campaign and feedback to account managers, coordinate execution
l Prepare Monthly Sales Forecasts and provide monthly analysis on Gaps vs Actual & previous Sales Fcsts with support of account managers
l Follow-up with Selling Costs and A&P ; Prepare ROI analysis for major CBD with support of Account managers
l Collect and prepare Market Survey and Monthly reports (including competition)
l Maintain customer relationships (phase 2 after one successful year)
Requirements
l Only for fresh graduate , bachelor degree is the minimum
l Major in marketing/business management/ Economy/ International trade / Digital
l Excellent presentation skill and language ability (in both Mandarin and English); CET 6 is minimum
l Strong ability to grasp new knowledge
l Good interpersonal, negotiation skills and team-player, proactive, under pressure, dedication
l Good personality and interpersonal communication skills
l Enjoys achievement, personal growth and rapid changing environment
l Strong motivation to achieve a big success and work under pressure and tight deadlines
l Excellent computer skills especially on PPT and Excel
