MT Program Background:
Remy Cointreau Management Trainee Program develops high potential young talents into future leaders. As Sales Development Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to be a business expert in this industry and company.
During our whole program, you will work very closely with each of our business team and some professional consulting company on different works and projects, and to learn how to analyze our market/ our business, how to design business process/business policies and even strategy.
The 1 year intensive management trainee program includes
l Mentor plan, in terms of professional skills and business understanding
l Various training program from China and global team
l Project involvement to develop communication skills and operation experience
l Career development opportunities will be provided based on the performance and potential
Job Description:
l With directly reporting line to Remy Cointreau Greater China top management team, this role need to focus on high level business and market analysis and diagnose, to prepare constructive business suggestion and proposal to the company
l All the daily work need to work very closely with sales/business team, brand/marketing team, finance team, SCM team and IT team, etc., and also Remy Global team, and some professional external consulting agencies, on some routine business analysis and cross-departmental business projects
l 40% of the work, would be focus on routine business/commercial analysis with internal and external data source, and then to be the business expert in this industry and company
l 15% of the work, need to travel in the nation-wide to visit our markets, our key clients, key wholesalers to well understand our market, market trend, our target consumers and our competitions
l 35% of the work, need to work closely with each team (including external consulting company) on business projects, to be an internal coordinator to support all the teams
l 10% of the work, to support management team and global team on some ad-hoc business works, studies and projects
Requirements:
l Bachelor degree and above, major in business related would be a plus
l Passionate with his/her career development, seeking for self-recognition and self-development. Ensure accountability and consistently achieving results, ability to work under pressure
l Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, good team player
l Excellent English skills both in written and spoken
l Good learning agility, strong self-awareness, strong capability on planning and problem solving
