MT Program Background:
l The 1-year program is specially designed for all 2018 university graduates
l Focus on the different roles in his/her own Functional Business
l One on One Mentor, mentor, coaching and evaluating to help you grow
l Training in functional teams ( Procurement, Quality assurance, Logistic, customer service , Demand Planning) under supply chain department
l Various Training program both on professional skills and functional skills
l Provide opportunity to participate in critical projects and work as a project team
l Career development opportunities will be provided based on the performance and potential
Job Description:
l Phase 1: assist procurement manager communicate with external vendor and internal team. Follow the development and purchase of new items
l Phase 2: assist quality manager process the quality issues, participate the quality inspection, prepare quality specification, follow up the quality complaint and quality improvement plan
l Phase 3: assist logistic manager process the customs clearance, coordinate with the supply chain team in France to follow up the stock replenishment order and shipment plan from France, manage the performance of 3PL
l Phase 4: Assist the customer service manager communicate with wholesaler/sales team to process the sales order, monitor the monthly sales order vs sales forecast. Handle and follow up the customer complaint due to various reason, manage the performance of 3PL
l Phase 5: Assist the demand planning manager communicate with sales team about the sales forecast trend and accuracy, collect the sales opportunity and risk of each sales channel, assist to consolidate the sales fcst report and follow up the improvement plan with sales team
Requirements：
l Only for 2018 fresh graduate, bachelor degree is the minimum
l Major in supply chain management/logistics management/business management/ Economy/ International trade
l Excellent presentation skill and language ability (in both Mandarin and English); CET 6 is minimum
l Logical thinking, good at data analysis, team spirits
l Strong ability to grasp new knowledge
l Good interpersonal, negotiation skills and team-player, proactive, under pressure, dedication
l Good personality and interpersonal communication skills
l Enjoys achievement, personal growth and rapid changing environment
l Strong motivation to achieve a big success and work under pressure and tight deadlines
l Excellent computer skills especially on PPT and Excel
