Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for driving the sales performance analysis through forecasting, planning, sales data analyst and management.

·         Cooperate with the Sales team to find new business opportunities through daily sales information operation.

·         Understand business process, handle sales analysis and prepare different sales reports with analytics tools or models.

·         Collect market intelligence on competitive analysis, customer feedback, trends opportunities for top managements strategic decisions

·         Internal communications with Sales team, Finance team to observe sales process, goals achievement and optimize if needed

·         Ensure compliance with BV Accounting rules (MAG) and Division policies

·         Projects requested by business desired

Required Education & Experience:

·         Bachelor degree or above in economics, business administration & analysis or related discipline

·         Capacity to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

·         Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work with senior leaders

·         Sound commercial analyst and systematic thinking skills

·         High energy and self-confidence Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint

·         Fluent in English - oral and written communication skills
