岗位职责：
- 根据IS026262进行硬件开发，并且严格遵从研发流程包括相关流程文件和基础设施；
  Hardware development based on ISO26262:Further, follow R&D processes including related procedure documents and infrastructure;
- 分析客户和相关组织的具体要求；
  Analyze the specification and requirement from customers and relative organizations;
- 根据固有流程执行并测试硬件部件；
  Implement and test the Hardware components according to the defined processes;
- 支持必要研发基础设施的设置/提升；
  Support the setup/improvement of the necessary development infrastructure;
- 分析并支持解决硬件开发中的问题及客户抱怨；
  Support to analyze and find out solutions to customer complaints of Hardware components;
- 利用DFMEA,DFC研发机制管理来寻求理想的设计方案；
  Utilize engineering disciplines including DFMEA,DFC to develop robust design solutions;
- 负责硬件图表、WCCA& layouts的设计和研发；
  Responsible for the design and development of hardware Schematics,WCCA & layouts;
- 分析并排除电子系统的电路故障。
  Analyze,troubleshoot electronics system.

任职要求：
- 硕士学历，大学英语六级及以上（德语）；
  Master Degree，CET6;
- 具有学习力，执行能力，沟通能力和理解能力；
  With learning ability, executive ability, communication skills and understanding ability;
- 能接受不定时出差并且较有耐心。
  Be patient and accept bussiness trips.
