岗位职责：
- 根据设计任务书或产品规格及车辆技术的要求进行相关产品设计或改进设计工作；
  Product design or design improvements based on the design specification, product specification and requirements for automotive skills;
- 对产品功能样件试制过程，进行全方位跟踪服务，及时协调处理有关生产技术问题；
  Track the whole process of functional prototype manufacturing and deal with the technical problems on time;
- 收集产品设计质量问题，以分析、改进和提高设计质量；
  Collect the problems of design and quality to analyze and improve the quality of design;
- 进行产品相关的项目管理工作。
  Relevant project management work of products.

任职要求：
- 全日制本科及以上学历；
  Bachelor degree or above;
- 掌握英语或德语听说读写技能，能用外语进行日常工作交流；
  With basic skill of English or German; can communicate with foreign language in daily work;
- 具有学习力，执行能力，沟通能力和理解能力；
  With learning ability, executive ability, communication skills and understanding ability;
- 具备优良的思想品德，并能够认同公司经营理念和核心价值观；
  With good moral characters, identify with company’s managing concept and core values;
- 工作积极认真、热情、有责任心。
