1. Introduction of your function (GTPS-Trade Finance)
GTPS/TRA is well positioned to provide with a comprehensive range of trade products, mainly including: import/export services, domestic trade services and bond/bank guarantees. Depending on its distinctly strong network and trade business throughout France, Russia, Eastern Europe, Western/Northern Africa, GTPS/TRA becomes the unique gateway for Chinese businesses to enter these markets.

? Product Manager
? Product manager jobs involve working for GTPS/TRA mainly focusing on business intelligence, product development, and communication on products. The functions you may implement while in such a position include the following:
? Research and analyses market conditions to identify gap;
? Identify opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements;
? Define and execute product strategies, including pricing strategies and product policies;
? To ensure that product solutions are aligned with regulatory requirements with inputs by concerned stakeholders.

Sales Activity
? Sales jobs involve working for GTPS/TRA mainly focusing developing new trade clients,
? Develop trade business to customers within assigned portfolio;
? Visit customers regularly to lobby for more trade business;
? Work closely with GTPS/TRA product team to achieve the target set of each product;
? Manage proactively sales activities for reporting;
? Proactively cross-sell trade products and services according to branch product marketing plans and customer needs;

3. Requirement
? Fresh graduates (bachelor or master degree holders) or young graduates with less than 2 years work experience;
? Committed to develop a long term career in the banking industry ;

? Excellent analytical ability, quick learner and able to work under pressure;
? Possessing competent skills in the aspect of team leadership, teamwork, problem solving, interpersonal and communication;
? Proficient in English and Chinese;
? Willing to be relocated to different cities in China.
