1. Introduction of your function (GTPS-Cash Management)
Global Transaction & Payment Services (GTPS) is designed for individuals as well as domestic and international financial companies and institutions seeking support with transactions (bank, commercial and corporate transactions) and/or payments. Payment & Cash Management is an integral and important part of GTPS businesses which helps companies improve their treasury management. From both organizational and global perspective, it allows group companies to have better visibility, control and utilization of their cash flows, manages and improves company liquidity, optimizes interest and exchange rates and provides managers with operational and strategic management information. Following the deepening of globalization in modern enterprises, and the development of technology for payments and collections, PCM is becoming one of the core competitive elements for both banks and enterprises operating around the world.

2. What will be the career path for a fresh graduate in your function
Management trainees will have the opportunities to work in different functions such as Product Development, Middle Offices, Front Line Sales; and different locations across China where PCM has presences. They will be able to build the knowledge base of modern PCM methodology from back to front, and practice the necessary skill sets gained through the processes. At the same time, this will help the candidate to understand in depth throughout the process the positioning of individual interest versus actual capabilities, so as to better design future personal career development.

3. Requirement
? Fresh graduates (bachelor or master degree holders) or young graduates with less than 2 years work experience;
? Committed to develop a long term career in the banking industry ;
? Being innovative, responsible and result-oriented;
? Excellent analytical ability, quick learner and able to work under pressure;
? Possessing competent skills in the aspect of team leadership, teamwork, problem solving, interpersonal and communication;
? Proficient in English and Chinese;
? Willing to be relocated to different cities in China.
