Job Description
-Responsible for product management, brand awareness and customer preference.
-Provide solution to help team of sales professionals belonging to Thermo Fisher Scientific, Distributors / Dealers and Manager Projects.
-Help to guide regional promotions, new product launching, marketing programs and visibility drives through workshops, seminars, conferences etc.
-Collecting market intelligence and latest information on various competitor activities and then formulating result oriented sales schemes in consultation with the MD for various customers, markets.
-Help sale’s team to achieve privileged relationships with existing Key accounts, customers and acquire new customers from competition.
-Training & Problem Solving: direct training programs and improve knowledge, skills and attitude to increase the organizational capability.
Requirements:
-Master degree and above is required with major Life sciences or related.
-Self-motivated, positive attitude, customer focused, willing to take initiative
-Good negotiation and communication skills
-Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and oral
