岗位职责：

工作职责 Responsibilities

?  Be as the contact point to clarify information with candidate during verification if any

?  Provide L1 support to candidate regarding the system issue if any

?  Manage case progress and coordinate resources to ensure timely and quality delivery.

?  Provide L1 support to client for simply query and request in terms of background screening cases

?  Data update and maintenance for internal report and external report

?  Ad-hoc task assign by leader

?  在审核过程中作为联系人与候选人明确信息（如果有的话）；

?  就系统问题（如果有的话）向候选人提供L1支持；

?  跟进案例并协调资源，以确保交付及时，质量保障；

?  为客户端提供L1支持，解决有关后台筛查的简单查询和请求；

?  内部报告和外部报告的数据更新和维护；

?  领导安排的特殊任务。

任职资格 Qualifications

 

?  College or university graduate

?  Working experience in customer service in service industries will be an advantage

?  Organized. Able to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering data

?  Positive attitude towards pressure. Able to work within constraints of time and at times resources. Able to prioritize

?  Microsoft office application skills - Microsoft Office

?  Fluent in written English and satisfactory interpersonal and communication skills

?  大专或大专以上学历

?  有服务行业客户服务经验者优先

?  思维清楚，能够高度准确地进行数据收集和录入

?  抗压能力强，能在规定的时间和有限的资源内完成任务，有优先次序

?  软件应用

?  书面英语流利和具有良好的沟通能力
