需求信息：

1. Quality Test Engineer 质量测试工程师：1人，电子信息类，本科，Major Accountabilities:1. Perform measurement activity according to measurement request and drawing, submit measurement report to requestors.根据图纸及测量要求完成测量工作，并提交报废给申请测量人员；2. Support QC for daily start up dimension check.    支持QC每日开班尺寸检查；3. Perform validation test according to test plan and work instruction, record data and test result in time to ensure  the accuracy of test report.  按照测试计划及作业指导书完成测试任务，及时做好测试数据及结果的记录，保证测试报告的准确性；4. Responsible for maintenance of test and measurement equipment.  负责测试及测量设备的维护保养；5. Responsible for take care of all test and measurement samples and records.  负责整理，保管好所有的测量，测试记录与样品；6. Responsible for  calibration of test and measurement  equipment.  负责测试及测量设备的校验工作；7. Others tasks assigned by supervisor.  领导安排的其它任务。Key Required Qualification:  1. College degree or above, major in Science and Engineering, mechatronics engineering is preferred.    大专及以上学历，理工科及机电专业优先；2. CET 4 or above, good written and spoken in English.    英语四级以上，良好的读写及口语交流；3. At least 2 years experience for measurement job.    至少两年以上测量工作经验；  4. Be familiar with CMM and projector operation, can measure parts independently according to drawing.    熟悉三坐标及投影仪操作，能够独立的看懂图纸完成测量工作；5. Be familiar with Microsoft office and excel.    熟练使用OFFICE，EXLCE等办公软件。;

2. Failure Analysis  Engineer 失效分析工程师：1人，电子信息类，本科，1. Electronic warranty parts analysis and submit report to customers.    主导电子产品售后件分析并提交客户报告。2. Take part in new project management, provide the suggestions and control points in product realization process. And prepare necessary basic documents, such as: CP, inspection WI.    参与新项目管理，在新项目过程中对于质量控制点提供有效的建议，准备必要的控制文件，如：控制计划，检验作业指导书。3. Implement containment actions immediately at customer side and internal plant when customer claim happened.    当发生客户投诉时，立即对客户端及内部实施围堵。4. Investigate customer returns and submit 8D report to customers.    分析客户端不良并提供8D报告。 5. Participate and support customer  audit.    参与客户审核 。6. Arrange and participate in continuous improvement project to reduce the product line reject rate.    协调安排并参与项目的持续改善降低不良率。Key Required Qualification:  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electronics is preferred.    本科及以上学历，电子相关专业优先。2. CET 4 or above, good written and spoken in English.    英语四级以上，良好的读写及口语交流。3. At least 3 years experiences,  at least 2 year’s automotive electronics manufacturing experience.    至少三年以上工作经验，两年以上汽车电子行业经验。4. Have electronic circuit knowledge,  Familiar with electronic parts analysis process.    具有电子电路知识，熟悉电子产品的分析流程。5. Be familiar with quality management system, IATF16949 system experience will be prior.    熟悉质量管理体系，IATF16949经验优先。6. Understand the automotive quality management tools including APQP/ PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA and six sigma and Lean manufacturing techniques will be prior.    熟悉汽车行业质量管理工具：APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA，具备六西格玛及精益生产经验者优先。7. Experiences in customer complaints handling, including customer returns investigations and 8D report will be prior.    具有客户投诉处理经验，熟悉8D报告及客户端不良处理分析流程者优先。

3. Equipment Engineer 设备工程师：1人，本科及以上学历，电子或自动化相关专业。良好的英文能力。

4. GM Secretary 总经理助理：1人，语言文学类，本科及以上学历；英语6级或专业8级，流利的英语听说读写能力。

5. Project Engineer 项目工程师：1人，本科及以上学历，机械、电子等相关理工科专业。

6. Group Leader/Technician 组长/技术员：1人，不限专业，本科，专业不限，理工科背景优先。

7. Quality Engineer 质量工程师：1人，本科及以上学历，理工科及电子、机械工程专业优先；英语四级以上，良好的读写及口语交流。
