Responsibilities:
·Act as SAP HR End User, including input employee master and organizational data in SAP and its ongoing maintenance, run regular and ad hoc reports
·Support the day-to-day Commercial insurance operation (i.e. claim coordination, Q&A, etc.)
·Coordinate employee Labor contract, Dang An and probation tracking
·Prepare monthly payroll changes report
·Administrate employees’ social insurance, housing accumulation fund and internal benefit execution (enrollment/ongoing changes/termination, etc.)
·Prepare and calculate final pay
·Provide answers on employees’ compensation and benefits inquiries
·Prepare employment certificate
·Performs other projects or assignments as requested by the Rewards Delivery Team Leader
Requirements:
·College graduate above
·Relevant experience in the Human Resources is preferred. good potential fresh graduate may be considered
·Good computer skills (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook), SAP experience is preferred; good speaking, reading and written English skills
·Attention to details, proactive, service oriented and can work independently
·A level of analytical and systematic way of thinking
