Position Title: [INDUSTRIAL & COMMERCIAL TRANSPORTATION] Account Manager
Location – City and Country: Shanghai, China
Primary Responsibilities:
Sales Activities
Propose and implement annual district sales plan (billing target, market share, product mix, special project etc.) by customer; conduct analysis to identify customer needs (with coaching and guidance); promote products to customer.
Marketing Activities
Maintain general market awareness; gather customers and competitors information; According to his/her experienced marketing knowledge, prepare reports in order to increase market share and develop expansion plan.
Customer Relationship Development and Maintenance
Create and maintain relationship with existing customers; coordinate communications between customer and internal departments in order to maintain customer satisfaction and develop new sales
Internal Team Supporting
Help DSE for the Q.C.D and new project management issues in order to help the DSE satisfy customer and achieve the billing target accordingly.
Competencies & Experience Required/Desired:
Communication and influencing skills, proactive, learning capabilities;
Be able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Good Teamwork sprite;
Good command of spoken and written English.
Educational Required/Desired:
Bachelor in Engineering
