Remy Cointreau Management Trainee Program develops high potential young talents into future leaders. As HR Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to experience different HR functions before moving into a permanent position; you will experience different assignments / projects locally and regionally which helps to broaden your perspective and build a widely network; you will enjoy capability enhancement through challenging assignments, interesting learning programs and support from senior HR professionals. All of this will develop you into a broad HR professional.
The 1 year intensive management trainee program includes
l Rotations in HR Expert in different HR sub-functions, and HR Business Partner
l Professional coaching from your rotation managers
l Short term assignment in China Headquarter or other regions
l Participating challenging & dynamic projects
l Leadership program as well as functional trainings
l Mentoring from HR Director
Job Description:
l Understand Remy Cointreau business models and get familiar with all HR functions, the different roles and interfaces, get to know the HR process and policy
l Work in Learning & Development team on daily work and deliverable, e.g. L&D fundamental, competency module, competency development, training management and method, learning process, procedures, employee engagement, communication, etc.
l Work in Talent Acquisition team on daily work and deliverables, e.g. talent acquisition, hiring activities, staffing process, policy review, etc.
l Work in HR Operations and Compensation & Benefits team on daily work and deliverables, e.g. HR SOP, process management, C&B fundamental, salary survey, salary review, position evaluation, HR policy and procedures, etc.
l Learning the capability of HR business partner from Sr. Managers and HR Director, e.g. people and organization discussion, facilitating workshop, handling LR case, counselling and supporting business managers, etc.
l Participate and present in meetings based on business needs, act as key coordinator of 1819 Management Trainee Program under supervision
l Involve in local/regional/business projects, build up network with stakeholders locally and globally
l Complete tasks designed for the HR trainee program
Requirements:
l Bachelor above degree from a recognized university/school
l Passionate with his/her career development, seeking for self-recognition and self-development. Ensure accountability and consistently achieving results, ability to work under pressure
l Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, good team player
l Excellent English skills both in written and spoken
l Good learning agility, strong self-awareness, strong capability on planning and problem solving
l Build strong customer relationships, gain insight into customer needs, establish and maintain effective customer relationships, work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
